Guarantee

We guarantee our puppies to be free of crippling hip dysplasia and congenital health defects for the first 36 months of age. We stand behind our dogs and we will take back any dog we produce if circumstances  / life changes happen... We can forward you a copy of our contract for you to review our terms and guarantees prior to any commitments. 


Registration

  • Litter will be registered with AKC


  • Companion / Pet quality will receive limited registration & come with a spay/neuter contract. AKC registration papers will be held by breeder until proof of spay/neuter


 

Reservation

We do have a first come first serve policy.

Reservations for one of our puppies will require that you fill out our application and we will contact you by phone or email and let you know whether you are approved. Once we have a litter on the ground we will notify all applicants in the order in which their application was submitted and approved. Once puppies reach 30 days old you are welcome to come visit to make sure you are happy with our puppies and our program. This is when you will be required to put down a $500.00 Deposit to hold your position.

Deposit

The deposit amount is $500.00 to reserve your puppy which will be deducted from the final purchase price. 



 Pricing / Payment

Pricing are an average estimate and will be charged depending on the breeding and litter, color is not guaranteed.

  • Companion $3,500 


  • Show prospect / Breed quality starting at $4,500 on up (pending breeding )


  • ​Military / Police discount : We are pleased to offer all our military and police active or retired a $300.00 discount as a thank you for your service.


  • Deposit payment can be made by Cash only


  • Payment is due in full upon pick up


Final payment must be made in cash  (no personal checks ).

 
Stud Service

We offer stud service to approved females 


Following will be needed prior to the breeding taken place


  • Bitch’s registration and pedigree

  • Hip, Heart, Elbow certification

  • Bitch must be at least 24 months of age

  • We reserve the right to refuse any bitch

No Transaction is finalized until the sales agreement has been reviewed and signed by all parties involved in the purchase and full payment is made.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO COMPLETE ANY TRANSACTION, IF FOR ANY REASON WE DECIDE NOT TO COMPLETE YOUR TRANSACTION WE WILL PROMPTLY REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT.

Owning a Cane Corso from us

  •  ​This is a lifetime commitment between breeder and adoptive families.


  • The Cane (Kah-Neh) Corso is a very protective breed so socializing your puppy is very important.


  • Take your puppy with you as much as you can.


  • Obedience training is highly and strongly recommended ! 


  • Be consistent in your Socializing and Training.


  • We highly recommend crate training.


  • No forced exercise, have fun with your puppy, no jumping into cars or pickup trucks until the puppy is at least 12/15 months old. ​


  • Knights Watch Cane Corso will always be available to all our puppy families to help answer any question we can as we are only a phone call / email / text message away. ​
